“This what we dream about… but the only question with me now… Is do I make you proud…” – Taylor Hicks

Prologue: Genesis

The World Wide Web shrank the world.
And in this case, I would like to think that it brought the world to me.

Ideas of an online home business shrouded my everyday thoughts.
It has to be self-sustaining on one hand, but on the other, there has to be enough to sustain.

The supply-demand chain is the integral to all businesses. But it’s excruciating trying to decipher what necessities and essentials the men and women of earth would give an arm and a leg for.

Hordes of firms are battling for the market shares within their respective industries.
As the juggernauts are reaping the rewards, the little ones soldier on for their survival.
And hence, how would an upstart get a break in the industry?

“I guess I've learned, to question is to grow
That you still have faith, is all I need to know
I've learned to love, myself in spite of me
And I've learned to walk, the road that I believe”
-Taylor Hicks

I’ll embark on the path of entrepreneurship.

Flip to the money pages on the Straits Times.
It’ll read: “The Power of Sheer Will”

Go figure

don't let all that propaganda and media hype about entrepreneurship fool you. doing a business takes blood, sweat and a truck load of tears. you'll get to know eventually. but for now, just listen to my whine and scream.

oh, and don't say no one commented.

Saw this quote...so thought of sharing with you.

"In the business world, everyone is paid in two coins: cash and experience. Take the experience first; the cash will come later"
From: Harold S. Geneen

Hope it rings something in you. =)
